We want you to love your Edikted pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and intimates, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
